GEKA PAXY AND SEMI PAXY CNC PLATE POSITIONING AND PUNCHING SYSTEMS

Geka Paxy CNC Ironworker

The Geka Paxy Series is a fully CNC system with gripping clamps that grips and positions the material for the punch to punch holes. This CNC operation provides superb accuracy and efficiency 

Geka Semi Paxy CNC Ironworker

The Geka Semi Paxy Series is a system with that moves a CNC controlled back gauge into position - the operator then slides the plate into the back gauge and the punch punches the holes in the required position., 

Geka PAXY 

For Plate and Flat Bar

Ten sizes from 60 to 240 tons with throat depths of 20” and 30”.  

Plate sizes from 6” x 6” to 30” x 60”. 

Plate thicknesses from 1/8” to 1-1/2” with maximum hole size of 6”. 

Features include: 

• Fagor CNC Control

• punch or center punch

• hydraulic clamping from side to allow full use of the throat depth

• uses standard GEKA or 28XX tooling.

Geka SEMI-PAXY 

For Plate, Angle and Channel

X-Travel: 40”

Optional X-Travel: Extended up to 160” 

Y-Travel: 16”, 20” or 25” 

Speed of both X & Y Axis: 24” to 480” per minute 

Minimum positioning distance from center line die: 1”  

Positioning tolerance: + or - 0.003”
